These terms cover this website and the planned Zepi power bank rental service. Kiosks are not live yet. Rental terms below describe how the service is intended to work at launch. They are not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed agreement.

The service

Zepi lets you rent a shared power bank from a kiosk, charge your phone on the go, and return the bank to any Zepi kiosk. Power banks remain Zepi’s property. This is a rental, not a sale.

How rentals work

At the kiosk, you tap Rent, then pay with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No account is required to rent. The rental starts when the bank unlocks and ends when it is fully inserted into a Zepi slot and the station confirms the return.

Pricing

Intended launch pricing: €3 up to 6 hours; €6 up to 12 hours; €15 if not returned. The amount due is shown at the kiosk. If a bank is not returned, the replacement amount may be charged.

Use

Use the power bank for personal charging. Do not keep it, resell it, tamper with it, or return it damaged without telling us. Return it to a kiosk when you are done so the next person can use it.

This website

The host form is a request to be contacted, not a contract to supply kiosks or service in a given city.
