How do I rent a power bank?
Find a Zepi kiosk, tap Rent on the screen, then tap your card or phone on the reader. No app and no account required.
How do I return it?
Push the bank into any empty slot at any Zepi kiosk until it clicks. The screen confirms the return and the amount charged.
Can I return it somewhere else?
Yes. Return it to any Zepi kiosk with a free slot. You do not have to go back to the same venue.
Which cities do we operate in?
Only Ghent, Belgium for now.
Do I need my own cable?
No. Each bank has USB-C and Lightning built in, so it works with most phones.
How much does it cost?
€3 up to 6 hours. €6 up to 12 hours. €15 if not returned. The rate is also shown on the kiosk before you rent.
What if I lose it or don't return it?
If the power bank isn't returned, €15 covers replacement. Return it to any kiosk and you only pay for the time you used.
What payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Do I need an app?
Not to rent. Tap your card or phone at the kiosk. An app will come later to help you find a nearby station and a free return slot.
